Aleksei Milovanov

Aleksei Milovanov is a global executive known for delivering stadiums and temporary infrastructure for the world's largest sporting events. He notably led the delivery of seven new stadiums for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia and provided overlay for official sites for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. His direct involvement since 2012 in preparing two of the world's largest sporting events in different countries has given him unique and unparalleled experience.

The construction and commissioning of seven new stadiums in Russia (in the cities of Volgograd, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Saransk, Kaliningrad, Rostov-on-Don, and Yekaterinburg) were achieved simultaneously within three years. Aleksei Milovanov, as the head of FIFA's subsidiary and the Organizing Committee, and later as a state client organization, managed the design and supply of overlay for all venues.
